We at Career UpRising LLC have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. We will not disclose customer information in any way that violates this philosophy. Our customers remain our top priority.

Career UpRising uses SSL connections to protect sensitive data transmitted through this site. Users are responsible for keeping their computers and browsers current. Career UpRising LLC accepts no liability for data loss resulting from outdated systems or malware on the client's device.

This site uses cookies to support functionality. Some third-party cookies may be used to enhance the user experience. Cookie policies are subject to change at any time without advance notice.

If you use our free resume review, we collect your name, your email address, and the resume file you upload. Resumes typically contain your employment history, education, and contact details, so we treat them accordingly.

Your resume is sent to Amazon Web Services' Bedrock service, which generates the review. The review is produced automatically using Lorraine Rise's coaching framework — she does not write it personally and does not read it before you do. We tell you this on the review itself as well as here.

We delete unconfirmed uploads within 24 hours. Once you confirm your email address, we keep your resume and review for 30 days and then delete both, including the stored file. You can delete them sooner at any time using the link in your results email, or by writing to [email protected].

Requesting a review also adds your email address to our mailing list so we can send occasional career guidance. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and if you have previously unsubscribed we will not re-add you.

No refunds are issued for delivered products, including resumes, cover letters, and digital materials, or for completed coaching consultations.

Consultations must be scheduled within 60 days of payment. Failure to schedule within this window results in forfeiture of the service with no refund.

All services are provided "as is." Career UpRising LLC makes no guarantee to clients of a job or interview. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

By engaging Career UpRising's services, clients agree to defend and indemnify Career UpRising LLC and its staff from any legal claims arising from the use of our services.

Career UpRising commits to reasonable effort and quality service delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual without explanation.

These policies may be modified at any time without advance notice. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
